Look, I know the internet world is inundated with financial "gurus", and self-made millionaires, other billionaires, so I know what you're thinking...who is this guy, and WHY should I listen to him when I already listen to the above?
It's a fair question...and to be frank, I am not saying you shouldn't listent to the others. There are some genuine geniuses out there in the financial space. But at the same time, it can feel very impersonal, and hard to believe, and raise a lot of questions about the claims, with very little opportunity to get answers to those questions.
So hear me out...
My name is Neb Drca and I created The Intelligence Compass to be your guide. My goal is simple:
I want to give you the technical skills, the mindset you need to be good with money, and the strategy to create wealth. All are important, and together, they're unstoppable!
Think of wealth like a game. To win, you need more than just knowledge. You need to be smart, confident and resilient, and you need to be ready to make good moves at the right time. That’s where I come in.
I’m here to fill in the gaps left by schools and give you practical, easy-to-understand advice. Part of the reason I am doing this is I often have deep existential moments in the shower where I contemplate going back in time and giving my younger self a kick up the behind. I am sure I'm not the only one in that position.
But why listen to me?

Well, let’s start with my story. I grew up in a time of war and poverty, and my childhood was spent moving from home to home, instead of creating havoc at home like most kids.
It was tough, but it taught me to be resilient. My parents, who had little themselves, passed this resilience and mental toughness on to me. This strength, not knowledge, was my starting point. It got me through the hard times and pushed me to learn more.
Fast forward to now... I have a degree in Corporate Finance and work as a strategic and commercial adviser for a big international company. I had an amazingly successful 9-5, and throughout the years working as an engineer and then shifting to the strategic space, I have developed serious risk management, critical analysis and financial skillsets.
But the real shift started happening when I started working on my mindset and psychological strength. Building the mental side was the key change in my life and my outlook.
This mix of skills and mindset is my secret weapon, and I have honed it through numerous trials and errors, and peaks and troughs.
What This Is, and Isn't?
I want to be clear. I’m not here to tell you what to do. There are numerous blogs, channels and companies out there who claim to be able to pick the next greatest stock, or how to make your first million in the next few hours - that is not what I am about. I am about the long game, and the optimal mix of skills.
I’m here to help and guide you, sharing what I’ve learned from my own experiences. I’ve made mistakes, but I’ve learned from them. Now, I want to help you avoid those mistakes and learn faster. I will be the mentor that I wish my younger self had.
Most importantly, my values and my pricniples are everything to me! Everything I share is anchored in real-life, hard-earned experience and knowledge. I am dedicated to sharing these insights with you transparently and truthfully out of a firm belief in the power of shared knowledge and mutual support.
